What is Shilajit?

Shilajit is a natural substance that is formed over centuries by the decomposition of plants and minerals in the Himalayas and other mountain ranges. It is a sticky, black or brown resin that is rich in fulvic acid, humic acid, and trace minerals. Shilajit has been used in
Ayurvedic medicine for centuries to treat a variety of conditions.

What is the best way to take it?

Take the recommended dose in your favourite food or drink recipe or try one of readily infused products.

How long should you take it for?

We recommended a cycle of 1-3 times a day, 4-6 times a week for 3 weeks then take a week break to help you notice the benefits before starting your next cycle.

What does it taste of?

It has a potent organic earthy taste.

Is your Shilajit purified?

Yes it is purified. Our suppliers purification process is that they soak the raw stones in filtered and PH balanced water until it has filtered all impurities. Our filtration process takes almost 30 days. First, the shilajit we get it from mountains in the form of big stones, we crush them & make them small stones. We use the traditional methods of purification & processing to preserve its quality better than any sophisticated machinery. We also lab test are Shilajit here in the U.K. to be certain of no impurities.

Is there a limit to how much I can take?

We recommend 300-500mg a day. But do not exceed 900mg.

Is it safe to consume Shilajit?

Yes. Our Shilajit is lab tested here in the UK to test for any impurities and heavy metals. Our Shilajit is way below the permissible limits for heavy metals and contains no harmful impurities.

How long will my order take to arrive?

When is the best time to take Shilajit?

First thing in the morning on a empty stomach or when you are feeling fatigued.

Can you infuse it into food recipes?

Yes you can add a dose to any recipe you prefer.

Are there any side effects of shilajit?


Side effects of shilajit are rare. However, some people may experience stomach upset, diarrhea, or constipation. Shilajit may also interact with certain medications. It is important to talk to your doctor before taking shilajit if you are taking any medications.
