These Terms of Service apply when you use the Organic Shilajit UK website or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Organic Shilajit UK is a UK-based retailer offering Shilajit and a range of wellness, food, natural oil, skincare and related products.

2. Our Products
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, weights, ingredients and other information displayed on our website are as accurate as reasonably possible.
As some of our products contain natural ingredients, there may be variations in colour, consistency, aroma, texture or appearance between batches.
Products sold by weight are supplied according to the stated net weight, rather than according to how full the packaging appears.
For example, different weights of Shilajit may be supplied in the same size jar. A smaller quantity may therefore not fill the entire jar.

Information provided on our website, product pages, packaging, social media or other communications is provided for general information purposes and should not be regarded as medical advice.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease unless expressly authorised and stated otherwise in accordance with applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
The price payable is the price displayed when your order is placed, together with any applicable delivery charges shown at checkout.
Prices, promotions and special offers may change from time to time. Changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.

All products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you where appropriate and arrange a refund or suitable alternative with your agreement.

Certain sealed products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return once opened or unsealed where an applicable health-protection or hygiene exception applies.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
